Right of Withdrawal
Instructions on the right of withdrawal for consumers pursuant to § 355 German Civil Code (BGB).

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of contract conclusion.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, although it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.
Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
Important notice for digital content: In the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium (e.g. the Founder Pass), the right of withdrawal expires if
- you have expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract before the withdrawal period expires,
- you have confirmed your awareness that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of contract performance, and
- we have provided you with confirmation thereof.
By clicking "Order with obligation to pay" and thereby consenting to immediate provision, your right of withdrawal for the Founder Pass expires accordingly.
